Health & Safety Policy

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT…

  • Please attend the appointment on your own, unless a parent/guardian is required to give consent. Guests and other outside foot traffic will not be permitted in the studio for the time being.
  • Please only bring essential items into the studio (phone, keys, payment method), we will ask you to leave all non-essential items in your vehicle (coats, bags, books, blankets, etc.). We don’t recommend leaving anything of value in your vehicle, so please plan accordingly.
  • Mask are mandatory and must be worn at all times in the studio. Please bring your own mask to the appointment. 
  • Once you’ve arrived, please remain in your vehicle and give us a call at 604.510.4848 to let us know that you are at the studio; we will also ask you a few quick screening questions while we are on the phone.
  • As soon as your artist is set up and ready for your appointment, we will give you a call back and ask you to come into the studio. 
  • Please also keep in mind that as much as we do our best to stick to our time schedule, it is difficult to put set end time on a tattoo session; therefore, we greatly appreciate your patience if the appointment before yours ends up running longer than scheduled.


UPON ENTERING…

  • Please use the provided hand sanitizer at the entrance to sanitize your hands, phone, and anything else that you've brought in with you, and then proceed to the washroom to give your hands a thorough 30 second wash.
  • You can then take a seat in the waiting area and complete the client consent form that will be fastened to the clipboard on the coffee table. Please leave the consent form there for us to pick up and then wait for your artist to call you over to their designated work area.
  • Don’t stress if you are unsure of what to do/where to go, we will be there to help in guiding you as we all figure this new routine out together! 


DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT…

  • As always, your artist will have properly cleaned and sanitized their work station before and after each appointment. We are also extremely diligent in thoroughly sanitizing all contact surfaces promptly after being touched.
  • No food/drinks will be permitted in the studio, with the exception of bottled water. Please ensure to eat a good meal and hydrate yourself adequately prior to your appointment. Our water cooler will also not be available for the time being.
  • Please try to keep bathroom use to a minimum/emergencies only, remembering to follow the hand washing steps previously outlined. A staff member will promptly sanitize the bathroom after use. 
  • We also kindly ask that clients keep talking to a minimum during the appointment. Please do not take offence to this. We love you all very much, which is why we want to do everything we can to keep you all safe.


PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU…

  • Are sick or showing any signs of illness whatsoever (cold, flu, runny nose, stomach bug, ailments which require you to be in and out of the doctor's office/hospital, etc.)
  • Have been in contact with someone who is ill or showing any signs of sickness (cold, flu, runny nose, stomach bug, ailments which require them to be in and out of the doctor's office/hospital, etc.)
  • Have any inclination that they may have Covid-19 -or- may have been in contact with someone who has/potentially has the Covid-19 virus.
  • Have travelled within the last 14-days -or- have been in contact with someone who has been travelling, even within the Province / Canada.
  • Have been within a large group setting / party / social event / etc. within the past 14 days.
  • Are currently attending in-school studies (online excluded)


*Please know that these questions will be asked to you upon arrival. If a client attends their appointment and shows any signs of illness or are unsure of their recent encounters, we will have to ask you to leave and the deposit for that day will be forfeited. The Studio Policies on cancellations/rescheduling remain in place and at least 48-hours’ notice is required in order to reschedule an appointment without a forfeit of the deposit for that day. Deposits will also be forfeited if a client cancels their appointment entirely.
