ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT…
- Please give us a call at 604.510.4848 to let us know once you've arrived. We'll get you to come in as soon as everything has been sanitized and your artist is ready to go for your appointment.
- Masks are still mandatory and must be worn at all times in the studio. Please bring your own mask to the appointment.
- Please attend the appointment on your own. Guests and other outside foot traffic will not be permitted in the studio for the time being.
- Please only bring essential items (phone, keys, payment method) and leave all non-essential items at home.
- No food/drinks will be permitted in the studio, with the exception of bottled water.
PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF…
- You or anyone around you has been showing any recent signs of illness. (cold, flu, runny nose, stomach bug, ailments which require you to be in and out of the doctor's office/hospital, etc.)
- You or anyone around you has been recently travelling, from outside of the Province.
*Please know that these questions will be asked to you upon arrival. If a client attends their appointment and shows any signs of illness or are unsure of their recent encounters, we will have to ask you to leave and the deposit for that day will be forfeited. The Studio Policies on cancellations/rescheduling remain in place and at least 48-hours’ notice is required in order to reschedule an appointment without a forfeit of the deposit for that day. Deposits will also be forfeited if a client cancels their appointment entirely.
