A $50 consultation deposit is required to book in an initial consultation time with one of our artists.
The consultation deposit will end up going towards paying for the cost of the tattoo -OR- will be forfeited if the consultation is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 48-hrs notice.
Consultations will only be confirmed once a deposit is received.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once received.
An additional tattoo deposit will be requested upon booking the tattoo appointment(s), which is calculated at a rate of $50 per hour that is booked.

A $50 touch-up fee is required to book an appointment for any touch-up work.
Clients are typically advised to wait at least a full month before requesting a touch-up session to allow the tattoo time to fully heal and settle into the skin.
Touch ups are considered anything that takes a half hour or less to rework, anything over that time will be charged at the hourly rate.
Touch-up fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once received.
Clients who request any design changes following the initial consultation will be asked to book in a follow up consultation to discuss the new design idea.
A $50 design change fee will be required to book the follow-up consultation, which does not get added to the consultation/tattoo deposit on file.
Design change fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once received.
Deposits will be forfeited if a client misses their appointment, is more than 20-minutes late to their appointment without notice, or cancels their appointment(s) entirely.
If a client is continually late, rescheduling or no showing their appointments, we will be forced to cancel all subsequent appointments and any associated deposits will be forfeited.
At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment, otherwise the deposit for that day will be forfeited.
Clients are permitted one (1) reschedule to their appointments. Any further reschedules will result in a forfeit of the deposit for that day and a new deposit will be required to rebook the time.
Appointments cannot be postponed and must be rescheduled to a new date that is within six months of the original appointment time or to the artists earliest availability.
If the appointment does not end up being rescheduled, the appointment will be considered cancelled and the deposit for that day will be forfeited.
Please know that we have zero tolerance for anyone who is rude, violent, shows aggression, harassment or any ill treatment towards our staff and other clients.
If we feel that a client has/is acting inappropriately, we reserve the right to cancel all of their appointments and any associated deposits will be forfeited.
